Congratulations to some of our u10's Academy players who this past weekend competed in the North West Tier 1 invitational Tournament held in Wigan.
Competing against 15 other teams from across the region, all of whom were selected to compete due to their reputation and footballing ability, Elite FC Academy finished the day as champions with some outstanding free flowing football along with some fantastic defensive play and battling.
The behaviour and attitudes of our players this weekend has been 1st class and the team fully deserved their win in what was our last tournament of the summer.
In whats been another sucessful summer for our Academy teams, our u10's group have been entered into 10 tournaments across the North West coming out victorious in 8 of them and only losing out in the other 2, both on penalties in the final after 0-0 draws.
