Elite Football Coaching entered an under 8's team into this mornings Winter Wonder League tournament in Bolton.
EFC won every game and only conceded 1 goal, playing some fantastic football in the process.
William was outstanding as goalkeeper making some important saves, always being alert when called upon and organising the rest of the team.
Rory played every game anchoring the EFC team in defence showing good discipline in holding his position for the team and his improving composure and decision making dictating the game from the back.
Jayden worked tirelessly for the team using his energy to get up and down the pitch making some fantastic interceptions to break up play and posing a real threat when going forward, twisting and turning the opposition inside out.
Lee played every game on the left wing working hard for his team mates, picking out some defence splitting passes and also scoring 7 of the 10 EFC goals scored on the day including some goal of the season contenders.
Zak was a real leader on the pitch today switching between playing on the right wing and striker, his pressing play was 2nd to none and lead to nearly every goal EFC scored while also setting the tempo for the rest of the team.
